So far this has been a pretty good week, long but good. While I was nursing Jonathan tonight I was thinking about all of the things that have been good this week and realizing that I should be more thankful, and express it more. I am thankful...
...that Jonathan seems to be feeling better.
...that Heavenly Father has given me the strength to cut dairy, chocolate, oranges and broccoli out of my diet.
...for the book Colic Solved and that it confirmed my suspicions about Jonathan's milk protein allergy.
...that even though Jonathan may be up a large part of the day that he is in bed between 8:30 and 9:30 and only gets up once in the middle of the night.
...for a husband who gets up in the middle of the night to help me with Jonathan.
...that Nathan helps me with all 3 kids in the morning so I can get an extra hour of sleep.
...for good friends.
...that my cold is getting better and that it seems to be short lived. (Thank you Lou!)
...for beautiful weather.
...that my kids love to play outside.
...that Daniel likes to help me with yard work and asks everyday when we can plant seeds.
...that my husband puts up with all the healthy food I feed him.
...that Tyler is potting training himself and has gone "poop" on the potty everyday this week all without having to be told or asked.
And ultimately, I am so grateful for my sweet family. Thankful that my boys are such good friends and that they can play by themselves so that I can give Jonathan the attention he needs. I am grateful that Nathan puts up with me and that he helps out so much with the kids and that he works to support our family so that I can stay home.

I am glad that Jonathan is doing better for you. Cute family picture by the way on your blog. So did you already bless him or are you doing it soon?
Amen to all of it! And to agree with "Mom of twins" your new family picture is darling! Can you believe you are a family of five? I still have a hard time believing my family is that big.
I love the new family pic. as well. I always enjoy reading about the things that my friends are grateful for. Great reminders:)!
