THE STRONG EXPERIMENT

Team.....

...purple. I feared that it wasn't genetically possible since Nathan's brother also has just 3 boys.We are so very happy and thrilled to be adding a girl to our family. All I want to do is shop and buy all things "girl", but I'm trying not restrain myself. Especially because I'm only 21 weeks and I have a long time to go.

I bought some fabric to make a crib bumper since I haven't been able to really find anything I like. Plus I don't need 8 pieces and I don't want to pay $100+. I want to do her crib and room in purple since I'd say it is my second favorite color. But purple (even in fabric) is hard to find. I guess all little girls where pink. Now I have 17 weeks to get it done, and I might need that much time because I'm SLOW when it comes to projects.

Nathan got to feel her move yesterday and I was happy because then it's real for him too. At first our little girl seemed to be really "mellow". She didn't move that much on the ultrasound,(Especially compared to her brothers.) and when she did move it just didn't seem like that "much". But evidently I have a front placenta which absorbs quite a bit of the movement. And now when she moves, I can feel quite a bit. And I think she has really sharp elbows. I have this fear that she is going to be big like Tyler (8lbs 14 oz and 23 in.) and move a lot like Jonathan.

Here's hoping the next 17 weeks are good ones!

That will be fun for you guys to have a girl.. And I hear you about buying a bunch of stuff already, I have tons from Sadie but I am wanting to buy a new Crib set since Sadie has used the other one for 2 1/2 yrs and I want Sophie to have her own new one!
There is way more fun things to buy for girls, I loved buying for Sawyer as well, but still always find more girl things for Sadie..
